Welcome to The Lab! By booking and using our studio space, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
1. booking & payments

All sessions must be booked online through our booking portal or direct message. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message.

Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance of the desired session time.

Payment is not required in advance unless requested. Please pay for your session at the end of your studio appointment.

We accept cash and Thai QR payments.
2. Cancellations

We request at least 6 hours notice for cancellations.

Please note if you cancel with less than 6 hours notice or are a no-show for (2) bookings, we may choose to not accept your booking request in the future. Please be respectful of our time and space.
3. RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule your session if provided 6 hours notice in advance of your original booking.

You can reschedule your session by using the link in your confirmation email or direct message.
4. LATE ARRIVALS + EXTENSIONS

Studio time begins once the space is setup to your requested arrangement and your arrival.

We do not start the clock until you begin your session, however if you would to arrive early to prepare please let us know in advance.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, your session may be cancelled, shortened, or additional time may be charged depending on other bookings for the day.

If you would like to extend your studio session beyond your original booking, please ask us and we will let you know if we can accomodate your request.
5. studio packages

For discounted packages such as weekly or day rates, we require full payment at the time of your booking to secure your preferred time slots in advance.

All session bookings are final. Once payment is received, your time slot is locked and we turn away all other booking inquiries for those hours. Consequently, all payments are non-refundable.

If notice is given at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer to reschedule your hours to a new date for no additional charge.
5. STUDIO USE & CONDUCT

The recording studio can accommodate up to 4 individuals. For additional guests, please message us in advance for approval. Note: you bear full responsibility for their actions and behavior within the studio.

Food and beverage is permitted but must be consumed in designated areas.

Pet may be permitted with advanced approval.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas of the building and not inside the recording studio.

Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment or facilities caused during their session and will be billed accordingly.

Please leave the studio in the condition it was found at the end of your session.

We may take behind-the-scenes footage for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer to not be photographed or filmed.

All studio spaces are monitored by CCTV cameras. This footage is not shared publicly and only accessed if needed for safety, security, or to investigate a reported incident.
6. Liability

The Lab is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the use of our facilities.
